Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt and in most cases we achieve that, however in busier times please allow up to 5-7 days.  Customised and/or framed artwork may also take longer - please read product description carefully for more details.  Customised artwork (not customised text) has a longer lead, but we will keep in touch every step of the way to deliver as soon as we can. Please email us at hello@tallulahrocks.co.uk if your order is urgent, or if you need a quote to post anywhere else in the world, other than mainland UK. If you have a very specific request please email us at hello@tallulahrocks.co.uk to discuss your order through. If you have any queries on our delivery policy then please do not hesitate to email us at hello@tallulahrocks.co.uk

Do you ship outside of mainland UK

Yes, we can ship anywhere. At the moment we are a very new start up and haven't quite got shipping figured out yet so only have Mainland UK options at check out (we're working on it though!). HOWEVER, in the meantime please email hello@tallulahrocks.co.uk and we’ll be happy to quote on shipping costs for you to anywhere else in the world.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order should you wish to cancel or make an amend to an order. After 24 hours of placing an order please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Returns & Refund Policy

As many pieces are made to order, Tallulah Rocks cannot offer returns or refunds on non-faulty items. If an item reaches you in a faulty condition, please email hello@tallulahrocks.co.uk with details, along with a digital photograph of the item.
